What do I receive for the registration fee?

Your registration fee includes:

  • Approximately 8 games during the season
  • Full uniform, excluding cleats and shin guards
  • End-of-season trophy or medal
  • Team picture

Players are responsible for providing their own soccer cleats and shin guards. Shin guards are required for all players during games and practices.

A soccer ball is not included with the registration fee and is not required. Coaches provide a ball for team practices. However, we do suggest that players have their own ball to practice with at home.

Recommended ball sizes:

  • U6 & U8: Size 3
  • U10 & U12: Size 4
  • U14–U19: Size 5
Where will practice be located?

Practice locations are determined by each team’s volunteer coach and will generally be held near the school your child is playing for.

Practice days, times, and locations may vary depending on the coach and field availability. Your coach will provide your team with the specific practice schedule.

What days will Practice be on?

Practice days and times are determined by each team’s volunteer coach. The league does not set practice dates or times, as schedules depend on the coach’s availability and field availability.

Most teams practice twice a week, typically on either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.

Your coach will provide your team with the specific practice days and times.

Where will the games be played?

For our U6 through U12 divisions, games are currently played at Teague and the District Office, which are connected and located next to each other.

Games are held on Saturday mornings, generally between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, depending on the age group. Game times and game lengths vary by division and age group.

Our U14 through U19 divisions play their games in the Clovis area. Specific game locations and times will be provided with the season schedule.

Are you in need of coaches?

Yes! We are always looking for enthusiastic coaches who are willing to volunteer their time and help guide the development of our young players. No matter your level of coaching experience, if you have a passion for soccer and enjoy working with kids, we would love to hear from you.

Coaching is a great way to make a positive impact, teach valuable skills, and help our young players grow both on and off the field.

Are there playoffs for the teams?

Yes! Playoffs are offered for our U10 and U12 divisions. This includes both boys’ and girls’ teams.

Playoff details and schedules will be provided during the season.

When does the league Start and Finish?

Our league typically begins the weekend after Labor Day and runs through the weekend before Thanksgiving. During the season, we schedule a bye week and a designated Picture Day week. Specific dates for each season will be posted on the league schedule.

How long are games for each age group?

Game lengths vary by age group and division. Our younger divisions use age-appropriate game formats, while the U14–U19 divisions follow the game format required for their respective NorCal competition.

  • U6: 4 × 8-minute quarters
  • U8: 4 × 10-minute quarters
  • U10: 2 × 25-minute halves
  • U12: 2 × 30-minute halves
  • U14–U19: Game length follows the applicable NorCal competition format.

Specific game times and schedules will be provided by the league for each division.
